Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil is in another legal jam, this time after a confrontation with his former girlfriend.

Comedian Hal Sparks’ show had just started at the Hilton’s Shimmer Lounge late Thursday when Neil, 50, rushed up to a table and began shouting obscenities at former girlfriend Alicia Jacobs, Wayne Newton’s publicist Tricia McCrone and Las Vegas Sun writer John Katsilometes.

Statements were taken from Jacobs’ group and others. Neil had a glass of champagne in his hand as he poked and berated the group, Vegas Confidential has learned.

Sparks reported the incident on his Twitter site:

“Sooooo… Vince Neil storms into my show.. Yells FU at 2 women.. Gets pushy… Cops get called… Good times #thiswontstayinVegas”

Police were summoned. Neil’s red Ferrari bearing the license plates "WYLDSIDE" license was spotted in valet at the Hilton.

Jacobs broke up with Neil on March 15, days after his release from jail and house arrest for a June drunken driving charge.

Jacobs was seen leaving the Hilton accompanied by security after being interviewed. She had dated Neil for seven months.

Minutes before the altercation, she had tweeted that she was at Sparks’ show. By mid-morning Friday she had not mentioned the incident on her Twitter site.

Neil has been a regular at the Hilton’s Tiempo Lounge since he was released from house arrest.

Jacobs issued a statement Friday, saying, "it was a very shocking incident. I wish I knew what prompted his anger, but I have no idea. Vince’s decisions continue to concern me. I really hope he can move forward and find peace in his life."

Jacobs, the entertainment reporter at KSNV-TV, Channel 3, said she has a bruise from Neil jabbing at her with his finger.

Ken Ciancimino, executive vice president of administration at the Hilton, said Neil was in meetings in the Tiempo Lounge prior to the blowup.

"They were texting. She knew he was there," he said.

After the confrontation, Jacobs was escorted to the Tiempo Lounge to identify Neil. The rocker flared again.
