Simon Restaurant & Lounge at Palms Place, 4321 E. Flamingo Road, will infuse its brunch with Halloween spirit Sunday with such treats as Blooberry Muffins with Ghost Peeps and Halloween Nerds, pumpkin crunch muffins, mini candy apples and more. It runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is $39.50 for adults, $13 for kids 12 and younger. …
