New restaurants open at Aliante hotel

The Aliante hotel (formerly Aliante Station), 7300 Aliante Parkway in North Las Vegas, has three new restaurants. The Salted Lime is centered on a margarita bar and serves south-of-the-border cuisine and happy-hour specials. Bistro 57 serves more than 57 wines plus breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner plates such as Croissant French Toast and Salad Nicoise. And the Medley Buffet has Mexican, Chinese, Italian and American live-action food stations. …

Andrea’s has opened at Encore, 3131 Las Vegas Blvd. South, serving sharable plates such as truffle ponzu rock shrimp tempura, shellfish on ice, dim sum dishes and more. Hours are from 5:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. daily, with a full menu until 11 p.m. and a late-night menu until 2 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Call 770-3463. …

SHe by Morton’s has opened at Crystals at CityCenter, 3720 Las Vegas Blvd. South, with steaks in She, He and We cuts, coriander-crusted tuna and more. …

Fu Restaurant has opened at the Hard Rock Hotel, 4455 Paradise Road, serving Asian tapas (curry lobster puffs), entrees (crispy Japanese calamari with salt and jalapeno) and a lunch menu with an entree over rice or noodles and miso soup. Bellagio, MGM Resorts International’s luxury hotel turns 20
The more than 3,000-room Bellagio hotel is situated on the site of the former Dunes Hotel. The Dunes was imploded in 1993, and construction of the Bellagio started in 1996. It cost $1.6 billion to build, making it the most expensive hotel in the world at the time. The Bellagio was former Wynn Resorts Ltd.
