Options are multiplying for those who have an intolerance or sensitivity to gluten. Among the latest:

In recognition of November as World Vegan Month, Slice of Vegas and Hussong’s Cantina, both at Mandalay Place, 3950 Las Vegas Blvd. South, have introduced a number of gluten-free dishes, as well as vegan and vegetarian choices.
