Fiesta Henderson giving away up to $5,000 through drawings

On Saturday and April 28, the Fiesta Henderson will draw seven names to win $100 to $200, with one of them advancing to the bonus round to win (depending on which door is selected) either $500, $2,500 or $5,000. Players can earn entries for every 250 Amigo Club points ($250-$500 coin-in) earned on their cards by playing at the tables, live poker, keno, bingo or by placing bets in the race and sports book.

El Cortez players hitting a $200-plus jackpot on slots or a $300-plus jackpot on video poker now are eligible to receive $10 gift cards to Wal-Mart or Sam’s Club, as well as cards to Smith’s, Mobil/Exxon, ARCO, Shell, Walgreens, Sears or the jackpot gift of the month (which in April is an official Major League Baseball cap or a 1-pound box of See’s Candy). You cannot use the Sam’s Club card unless you are a member, and the cards cannot be used to pay the membership fee.

Casino Montelago is paying 2-to-1 on all blackjacks from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday and April 30. There is (currently) a per-bet limit of $50, and it appears that some customers playing just during the promotion hours have been asked to leave.

On Wednesday, the Golden Nugget will draw for a trip for two to Hawaii and a total of $5,000 cash. 24 Karat Club members can earn entries at the slots and tables.

On Tuesday, in honor of its 19th anniversary, Arizona Charlie’s Decatur will give out logo T-shirts to players earning just 19 points ($19 coin-in slots, $38 coin-in video poker; no point redemption required). Limit one T-shirt per customer.

Today and April 27, players earning 300 Rampart Rewards points ($600 coin-in slots, $1,200 coin-in video poker; no redemption required) at the Rampart may receive a “Mystery Cash” bunny that may contain a cash prize up to $5,000. There is a limit of two bunnies per customer per day. The casino also is giving out a five-piece pitcher and glassware set on Tuesday and Thursday to players earning 350 points. No redemption is required, and there is a limit of one per customer per day.
