“American” food is a wonderful category because it encompasses such a wide variety of foods, ranging from twists on old classics to unlikely combinations of other kinds of foods.
We asked our Facebook fans a while back for their favorite “hidden gems” in Las Vegas, and while some recommended nationally-known hot spots, some smaller joints were recommended.
