East Meets West at Yardbird dinner

Yardbird at The Venetian, 3355 Las Vegas Blvd. South, will introduce its Midnight Guest Chef Series — East Meets West at midnight Friday, with food by chef Bobby Silva of SushiSamba and Yardbird Executive Chef Todd Harrington.

The eight-course dinner includes family-style entree courses of fried chicken teriyaki, hickory churrasco and red-miso-glazed short rib. Including wine and sake pairings, it’s $100, with nonrefundable cancellation within 72 hours of the event. For reservations, call 702-224-2062.
