Theo Schoenegger, executive chef of Sinatra restaurant at Encore, and A.J. Lambert, granddaughter of Frank Sinatra, will lead a cooking demonstration, discussion and three-course lunch at noon June 5 at the resort at 3121 Las Vegas Blvd. South.
Schoenegger, who cooked for Sinatra at San Domenico after his New York shows, will guide the interactive cooking demonstration, and Lambert will share stories of her grandfather’s passion for cooking. Tickets, which are $85 inclusive, can be obtained at 702-770-5320.
Guests also will receive copies of “Frank Sinatra Duets,” and proceeds from the demonstration and luncheon will benefit Three Square food bank.
