Hanukkah dishes on the menu, including at buffet locations

Station Casinos also is offering Hanukkah dishes, from Tuesday through Dec. 24, in its Feast Buffet and Festival Buffet locations: brisket, roast chicken, honey-mustard-ginger salmon, latkes, tzimmes, potato and apple kugel, matzo ball soup, roasted beets and carrots, and rugelach. …

In celebration of its 22nd anniversary, Spago at The Forum Shops at Caesars, 3500 Las Vegas Blvd. South, will feature menu selections from December 1992 during dinner hours from Monday through Dec. 19. Among them: appetizers such as smoked salmon pizza with dill creme fraiche, and entrees including yellowfin tuna steak frites and Cantonese-style roasted duck. …

Buddy V’s at The Venetian, 3355 Las Vegas Blvd. South, will offer a three-course beer-pairing menu from Monday through Dec. 21. With an entree of roasted chicken breast with baby artichokes and fingerling potatoes, it’s $65. …

Pot Liquor C.A.S. in Town Square, 6587 Las Vegas Blvd. South, now offers brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays. Menu selections include Smoke House Hash and eggs, pulled pork and waffles, grilled bacon steak and eggs and chicken-fried steak with biscuits and gravy. It’s $12.98 without alcoholic beverages, $19.98 with an endless Bellini, mimosa or bloody mary. …

Andrea’s at Encore, 3121 Las Vegas Blvd. South, has introduced Winter Wonderland rolling menus. Small plates available Friday and Saturday and Dec. 18-21 include eggplant miso with shrimp and scallops, $9; Dec. 22-29 they include short rib poutine with wasabi demi-glace, $10. Wine pairings are available. …

A second location of MTO Cafe has opened at 10970 Rosemary Park Drive in Downtown Summerlin. Open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, it serves dinner as well as breakfast and lunch, with such choices as chicken pot pie and truffle meatloaf. Call 702-982-0770 or visit www.MTOCafe.com.
