High Society service bar, New York-New York, 3790 Las Vegas Blvd. South, received 37 demerits Dec. 19. Violations included liquor nozzle gun line lying in consumable ice. GRADE: C

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, 1331 W. Craig Road, North Las Vegas, received 25 demerits Dec. 15. Violations included clean trays stored on dirty floor. GRADE: C

Manhattan Pizza III, 1045 Whitney Ranch, Henderson, received 23 demerits Dec. 17. Violations included food held at improper temperatures. GRADE: C

Ohana Hawaiian BBQ, 7435 S. Eastern Ave., received 19 demerits Dec. 18. Violations included microwave oven interior had dried food residue. GRADE: B

Outback Steakhouse, 4423 E. Sunset Road, Henderson, received 37 demerits Dec. 15. Violations included cooked food not reheated to proper temperature. GRADE: C

Port of Subs, 3635 S. Rainbow Blvd., received 37 demerits Dec. 16. Violations included three of four coolers not maintaining the proper temperature. GRADE: Closed for substantial health hazard.

Super Hot Dogs, 1550 N. Rancho Drive, received 17 demerits Dec. 19. Violations included onions stored in grocery bag. GRADE: B

Bellagio, MGM Resorts International’s luxury hotel turns 20
The more than 3,000-room Bellagio hotel is situated on the site of the former Dunes Hotel. The Dunes was imploded in 1993, and construction of the Bellagio started in 1996. It cost $1.6 billion to build, making it the most expensive hotel in the world at the time. The Bellagio was former Wynn Resorts Ltd.
