The Hard Rock Cafe, 4455 Paradise Road and 3771 Las Vegas Blvd. South, has introduced a selection of summer Mason jar cocktails, available through Labor Day weekend. They’re the Summertime Blues mocktail (lemonade and blueberries), Black Cherry Lemonade, Tropical Rock (raspberry rum with creme de banana, melon liqueur and pina colada), Paradise Punch (rum with Cointreau and pomegranate), Sangria Rosa and Shocking Shandy (orange rum with lemonade and Belgian wheat beer). They’re $14.99 each.
Here’s a chance to dine in the neighborhood (if your neighborhood is in the northwest part of the valley, that is) and save big: Dom DeMarco’s, 9785 W. Charleston Blvd., is offering all pizzas for half price from 2 to 4 p.m. weekdays and, for Mom and Dad, bottles of wine at half price. Dom’s also offers $6 menu items and two-for-one well drinks, wines by the glass and draft beers during happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m. weekdays, and half off all bottles of wine all day Wednesdays.
Looking for a bargain — and a chance to help a good cause? Dragon Noodle & Sushi Co. at the Monte Carlo is offering a $20 three-course anniversary menu through July 31 to celebrate its 20th anniversary. It includes egg flower soup or hot-and-sour soup for a starter, followed by vegetable spring rolls or pot stickers and two from among seven entree choices (such as Mongolian beef and orange-peel chicken), and a portion of proceeds from sales of the Hong Kong chow mein will be donated to the Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth.
Celebrate that special occasion at an Emeril Lagasse restaurant. Table 10 at the Palazzo has introduced a four-course summer seasonal menu priced at $48 per person. It includes such first courses as Emeril’s New Orleans BBQ Shrimp, second courses such as Smokey Mushroom Pasta, entrees such as slow-baked Scottish salmon and any dessert from the menu. Wine pairings are $28.
If you and your friends are going to be downtown on a Wednesday in the near future, know that the Chart House at the Golden Nugget is offering $10 food-and-drink pairings, such as a spicy tuna roll, Dynamite Scallops or sriracha shrimp, with a mango mojito, Grace Lane riesling or Ballast Point Sculpin Grapefruit IPA. They’re available in the bar and lounge only, through Aug. 10.
