Veranda at the Four Seasons, 3960 Las Vegas Blvd. South, now offers a $55, three-course tasting menu with wine pairings. Entree choices include center-cut red Porto-glazed beef tenderloin with potatoes and mozzarella-stuffed zucchini blossom or Mediterranean sea bass with white asparagus spring mushroom risotto. DW Bistro, 6115 S. Fort Apache Road, will transform its weekend brunch into an after-dark affair with the tapas-style Sinful Brunch from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
