Kanye West, Taylor Swift are 2016 running mates of your dreams

OK, so this could happen.

Picture this: The year is 2020. The Trump administration is just coming to a close. Your incoming president: Kanye West. His running mate, your vice president? Taylor Swift.

I know, right? What the what? Yeah. Awesome doesn’t even begin to describe the prospects. Secretary of State in that administration? Jimmy Fallon, of course.

Oh, and for those who discount the probability, thinking this ranks right up there with, oh, I don’t know, the Cubs making the World Series in this lifetime or something, tell that to all the folks who pooh-poohed the idea of everybody’s favorite action hero being handed the keys to California.

So yeah, West/Swift 2020 — or KanTay 2020, as it were — it could happen. If anybody has the clout and cachet to pull that off, it's those two. Just saying.

Where's all this come from, you ask? Well, in case you missed it, Swift tweeted a photo of herself next to an enormous bouquet that West sent her with a caption that reads, “Awww Kanye sent me the coolest flowers!! #KanTay2020 #BFFs."
