Made-in-Vegas ‘Blart’ sequel leads Razzie nominees

"Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2," the Vegas-based sequel that was set almost entirely inside Wynn Las Vegas, was "honored" with a leading six nominations in the annual Golden Raspberry Awards, aka the Razzies.

But the cringe-worthy comedy was in good company as it tied blockbuster "Fifty Shades of Grey," wannabe blockbuster "Jupiter Ascending" and Kevin James' other misguided comedy, "Pixels."

"Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2" was nominated for worst picture, worst actor (James), worst remake/rip-off/sequel, worst director (Andy Fickman), worst screenplay (James and Nick Bakay) and worst screen combo (Kevin James and either his Segway or his glued-on mustache).

James also received a nod for worst supporting actor for "Pixels."
