LOS ANGELES — For years, Ryan Reynolds has been working hard to not only get the X-Men spinoff “Deadpool” in theaters, but to also shed the disappointment of superhero flop “The Green Lantern,” and on Saturday night at Comic-Con, it seemed as though the actor may have finagled ended his slump.
