Nothing says “Happy Birthday” quite like Kid Rock rhyming “answers” with “topless dancers.”
This is how downtown hotel-casino The D will be commemorating its second annual grand opening celebration, with the aforementioned Detroit rap-rocker taking part in the festivities, where he will assuredly perform hits like “Bawitdaba,” referenced above.
The D’s anniversary blowout will also feature the Vegas debut of Stone Temple Pilots featuring Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington on vocals in place of Scott Weiland.
Taken together, these are some of the biggest shows to take place under the Fremont Street Experience canopy in years, especially with the self-anointed “Rock n Roll Jesus” offering a Budweiser baptismal.
