Preparation, including artists finishing up murals, for the Life is Beautiful festival continues in downtown Las Vegas. The festival, which is slated to begin this Friday, Sept. 25, and run through Sunday, Sept. 27, features a variety of musical acts, art installations and murals, food, and speakers.
