99 Words About … The long, slow death of ‘Sons of Anarchy’

It’s tough to remember a series finale I’ve awaited as eagerly as “Sons of Anarchy’s” (10 p.m. Tuesday, FX).

Because only that will bring this tedious, indulgent, miserable season to an end.

Every episode pushed past the 90-minute mark, and not just because the kid playing Abel talks … sooo … slllooowwwly.

The once-compelling series fell into a rut of predictable music montages and random, desensitizing violence.

Seriously, how many times did we need to see Juice getting prison raped?

Considering the show’s absurd body count, the only Charming residents who deserve a happy ending can be counted on Chucky’s fingers.
