Castle Rock and North Peak in Eldorado community

North Peak’s new-home designs feature open floor plans, covered patios as standard, lofts and up to five bedrooms. A North Peak Residence 4-B at cul-de-sac home site No. 66 measures 2,948 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, loft, den/office and buyer’s selection of flooring. The home is priced from $339,940 and scheduled for December completion.

The neighborhoods are located off Deer Springs Road, east of Aliante Parkway and south of the 215 Beltway, providing easy access to major transportation routes as well as Creech and Nellis Air Force Bases.

To reach Castle Rock and North Peak from the northern 215 Beltway, exit at Aliante Parkway and head south. Turn left on Deer Springs Road and follow the signs to Castle Rock and North Peak.
