Discover Value, Unique Lifestyle at One Las Vegas

Las Vegas native Jay Castellano returned to his home city in 2015 after living and working in South Florida for four years. Eager to put down permanent roots in the place that he loved, he became a homeowner at One Las Vegas, the twin 20-story condominium towers located on the south end of Las Vegas Boulevard.

“Many things about Las Vegas, including family, friends and the city’s energy, drew me back,” Castellano said. “When I discovered One Las Vegas, I knew everything happened for a reason. I am now a proud owner of a two-bedroom residence that overlooks the valley. Every day, I soak in panoramic views of the city I have always known to be home.”

Predisposed to high-rise living as a result of living in south Florida where many of his friends lived in beautiful towers, Castellano was enamored with the idea of waking up every day in his own “ranch house in the sky.” “A friend referred me to One Las Vegas, and I was immediately smitten,” he said. “From the scenic, palm-tree lined driveway that leads to the front door, to the gorgeous and well-decorated lobby, my first impression was, ‘Wow!’ And once I discovered the community’s robust amenities, I knew I would really enjoy living here.”

Upgraded and new amenities at One Las Vegas include a state-of-the-art two-story fitness center, a resort-style pool, movie theater, full-service business center and co-op working space, game room, dog park with an agility course, outdoor entertainment areas and more. A full schedule of social events, activities and other exclusive gatherings for residents is organized by a lifestyle director charged with enhancing the overall social experience for those who call One Las Vegas home.

Castellano also praised the full-service concierge and loves that he doesn’t even have to leave the premises to get his dry cleaning done.

“When you hear people say, ‘Location is everything,’ I didn’t realize how much truth there was in that statement. You really don’t have to go far for what you need because everything is within minutes of One Las Vegas,” Castellano said.

Homes at One Las Vegas range from 831 to 2,857 square feet, with many floor plans offering spectacular views of both the mountains and the Strip. One-bedroom homes are priced from the mid-$200s; two-bedroom homes from the high $200s; and three-bedroom homes from the low $400s. The penthouse, which offers 3,000 square feet of sweeping views, is priced at $1.1 million.

One Las Vegas is located conveniently close to Interstate 15, the 215 Beltway and is just minutes from McCarran International Airport. Town Square, just a few blocks north of the property, provides shopping, as well as scores of dining and entertainment options right in the neighborhood.
