Inspirada holds event for real estate professionals

Inspirada hosted its inaugural Inspirada Progressive Brunch & Model Tour, inviting 1,700 real estate professionals from Realty One Group to tour the community's 12 sales centers. Inspirada also supported the realty company in an auction that raised $30,000 to benefit The Shade Tree, a local shelter for women, children and their pets.

While brunch was served at each sales center, touring real estate professionals were rewarded with gift cards from Jolly Beans Café, Inspirada's first coffee shop, and also became eligible to win $500. Progressive brunches for real estate professionals in offices throughout the Las Vegas Valley will be hosted by Inspirada throughout 2016.

Real estate professionals toured the model homes of Beazer Homes' Reliance and Park Collections, KB Home's Terraces, Enclaves, Reserves and Greencourts neighborhoods, Pardee Home's Alterra, Solano and Bella Verdi neighborhoods and Toll Brothers' Veneto, Villamar and Carmona Collections neighborhoods.

Inspirada Builders, a partnership of four award-winning homebuilders, including Beazer Homes, KB Home, Pardee Homes and Toll Brothers, offer more than 24 new model homes in 12 new neighborhoods, in the Henderson master-planned community. Built around a centrally located park system, new homes in Inspirada include one- two- and three-story single-family homes priced from $200,000 to $400,000, designed for every lifestyle.

Residents have access to four spacious parks, freshly manicured trails and walkways throughout the community, in addition to the nearby 48,438-acre Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area. Inspirada is home to a new STEAM charter school, Pinecrest Academy, and is also zoned for highly ranked elementary, middle and high schools in the Henderson area. Many residents who work in the city enjoy a hassle-free commute with convenient access to the Interstate 15 and 215 Beltway just 20 minutes away from Inspirada.

They also have access to year-round activities managed by a full-time staff that creates monthly social calendars to bring neighbors together in the parks and the Inspirada Community Center. Inspirada is home to more than 2,500 residents. For more information, visit www.inspirada.com.
