Blackrock by Pulte Homes in The Canyons at MacDonald Ranch in Henderson, sold all 26 of its first two rounds of released lots since its grand opening in mid-February. The first phase of 14 homesites sold out opening weekend with the second round of 12 homesites selling out this month — both via Pulte’s bidding process.

GLVAR reported that the median price for existing single-family homes sold in Southern Nevada during February through its Multiple Listing Service was $275,000. That’s up 3.8 percent from January and up 14.6 percent from February of 2017. The median price of local condos and townhomes sold in February was $150,000, up 27.1 percent from the same time last year.
