Pardee Homes offers new homes in Inspirada

Pardee Homes has a limited number of move-in ready and nearly completed homes at its Inspirada neighborhoods, including homes at Bella Verdi, Solano and Alterra.

A move-in ready Bella Verdi Plan 4C measures 3,241 square feet and has five bedrooms, four baths, a three-bay garage, loft, upgraded Caesarstone kitchen countertops, upgraded flooring and a covered patio with pavers and a barbecue stub. The home is priced from $454,420 and is situated on a homesite that is within walking distance to the swimming pool and playground at Inspirada’s Potenza Park.

A Bella Verdi Plan One A, available for a 65-day close, measures 2,641 square feet and features four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a two-bay garage, den/office, an upstairs master bedroom suite and a downstairs master bedroom suite, upgraded Caesarstone kitchen counters and buyer’s selection of flooring. The home is priced at $405,065.

At Solano, a move-in ready Plan 2D measures 2,267 square feet and offers four bedrooms, three baths, a two-bay garage, loft, upgraded flooring, a stucco patio cover and window coverings. Priced from $329,606, the home is situated on a corner homesite.

A Solano Plan One A, with an anticipated late-November completion, measures 2,187 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, loft, upgraded flooring, a stucco patio cover and backyard landscaping. It is priced from $321,703.

A move-in ready Plan 4B at Alterra measures 2,897 square feet and includes three bedrooms, three baths, a two-bay garage, den/office, loft, upgraded flooring and a unique second floor with an oversized loft, bedroom and full bathroom. Priced from $443,672, the home is move-in ready.

Also by Pardee Homes in Inspirada is Montero and Escala, with model homes and sales offices for both gated neighborhoods located off of Via Firenze and Cartanda Avenue, just east of Potenza Park.

Montero’s spacious one- and two-story homes start in price from the low $400,000s with midcentury modern, contemporary Spanish, desert prairie and desert contemporary architectural styles and unique features that include sloped ceilings, covered patios, lounges, oversized great rooms, walk-in pantries and porch entries. To reach these Pardee neighborhoods from St. Rose Parkway, head south on Executive Airport Drive, which becomes Via Inspirada south of Volunteer Boulevard. Continue south on Via Inspirada, which becomes Bicentennial Parkway. Turn left on Via Firenze to reach Montero, Escala and Bella Verdi. Turn right on Via Firenze to reach Alterra and Solano.
