Summerlin’s Mesa village selling final floor plans

The final three neighborhoods in Summerlin's Mesa village are available for purchase. Nestled next to Bishop Gorman High School and the Spring Mountains, these homes offer the community's broadest selection of floor plans, with 22 different designs including luxury townhomes and single-story homes as large as 4,200 square feet. Models are open for viewing.

Vista Dulce by Toll Brothers is a gated, luxury townhome neighborhood offering three two-story floor plans that start in the high $200,000s. Vista Dulce floor plans range from 1,580 to 1,889 square feet and come standard with three bedrooms, two-car garage, full driveway, covered loggia and private backyard. Vista Dulce neighborhood amenities include a community pool, cabana and fitness center.

Next door, the Monte Bello neighborhood by Richmond American Homes offers nine floor plans ranging from 2,989 to 4,214 square feet. Monte Bello buyers can choose from three to six bedrooms, up to 4½ baths and three-car garages with front yard landscaping, paver driveways and front walks.

The neighborhood's six single-story floor plans include covered porch and patio, foyer, formal dining room, spacious great room, kitchen with island and butler's pantry. The three two-story homes offer a wide covered porch and an impressive two-story entry, study, formal dining room, great room that's open to the kitchen and nook and a tech center. Montel Bello homes start in the $500,000s.

At Cielo by Woodside Homes, three styles are offered within this one neighborhood. These homes feature 10 floor plans ranging from 2,296-4,214 square feet with three to six bedrooms and up to 4½ baths.

Cielo de Estrellas includes a first-floor master-suite, spacious great rooms and lofts accenting high volume ceilings and elaborate window designs. Cielo de Oro's three floor plans include one single-level home; the two-story floor plans include three-car garages, a first-floor master suite, separate dining room, entry foyer and optional casita.

Cielo Diamonte's standard design features include 10-foot, first-floor ceilings, second-story ceiling heights in the great room, three-car garages, large covered balconies, courtyards and covered loggias. Starting prices at Cielo range from the mid-$300,000s to mid-$500,000s.
