Woodside opens Skye Canyon neighborhood

Woodside Homes has announced the debut of Pinyon Chase, a neighborhood consisting of 110 new homesites in Skye Canyon in northwest Las Vegas at U.S. Highway 95 and Skye Canyon Park Drive.

Quick move-in, designer homes are available at Pinyon Chase with floor plans from three to five bedrooms and 2½ to 3½ baths and prices starting from $316,990. Home sizes range from 1,693 square feet to 2,156 square feet.

Skye Canyon is situated between the Strip and the recreation meccas of Mount Charleston and Lee Canyon. The vibrant community immerses residents in the best Las Vegas has to offer and encourages a healthy, active lifestyle with a vast array of amenities. Homeowners are close to shopping and entertainment destinations and easy freeway access for convenient commutes to work and school.

“Our location’s beautiful views and expansive 60-foot-wide homesites give Pinyon Chase a unique, wide-open feel that appeals to families, couples and active empty nesters.” said JoLynn Kolk, sales agent. “Woodside Homes offers buyers the opportunity to personalize their homes to best suit their tastes and living needs, and we take pride in making the homebuilding process convenient, pleasurable and efficient for our valued customers.”

The larger homesites allow the garage to sit beside the home, a design feature that makes homes appear bigger and provides more space and privacy between neighbors. Homeowners have the opportunity to visit Woodside Homes’ Inspiration Gallery, where a designer will guide them through options for finishes, fixtures and flooring.

Pinyon Chase residents will enjoy all that comes with a new home in Skye Canyon, including access to the sports complex, the Skye Fitness center, and the 15-acre community center to enjoy a meal at the Skye Bistro and relax on one of the many covered patios that offer free Wi-Fi.

Dogs of homeowners will appreciate a game of fetch or a walk around the dog park, while kids of all ages enjoy the swimming pool and splash pad.

A network of walking paths and bike lanes connect the Skye Canyon neighborhoods. Abundant community events and activities are regularly planned as a welcome addition to the coveted Skye Canyon lifestyle.

Prospective buyers are invited to call 702-279-6734 to schedule a tour or stop by to discover the ease of becoming part of Skye Canyon’s newest community. Visit woodsidehomes.com for more information.

Woodside Homes, one of the top 30 homebulders in the United States, is celebrating its 41st year in the business of designing and building single-family homes for move-up and entry-level buyers. In 2017, Woodside Homes was acquired by Sekisui House, one of the world’s largest homebuilders. The two companies joined forces with their shared philosophies in creating sustainable communities that grow and adapt to the needs of today’s homebuyers.

Founded in 1960, Sekisui House has constructed more than 2 million homes. Based in Osaka, Japan, it has approximately 90 subsidiaries and affiliates and 23,000-plus employees and is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange and Nagoya Stock Exchange. Since 1997, Sekisui House has positioned its commitment to the environment as a core management target and has provided environmentally and sustainably conscious products as a front-runner among industrialized housing manufacturers.

Woodside has sold more than 43,000 new homes sold since inception, and, according to Hanley Wood data, it is the 27th largest homebuilder in the United States.
