Year end savings offered now at Lennar’s Heritage at Cadence

Lennar Las Vegas is offering special incentives on quick move-in homes at its Heritage, an age-qualified community in Cadence, a Henderson master plan. It’s part of the builder’s Year End Savings event. Prospective buyers are encouraged to act quickly to take advantage of seller-paid closing costs of $6,000 or more as homes must be purchased by Nov. 15 and close by Nov. 30 to qualify.

“Our Heritage community offers fantastic new homes and a lifestyle geared toward active adults aged 55 and better,” said Brian Bell, a Lennar sales agent. “Not only are we opening the brand new, state-of-the-art recreation center, but we’ve also hired a lifestyle director who will manage and curate resident health, wellness and social events.”

The recreation center boasts 22,713 square feet that includes top-notch amenities for Heritage residents. Among these are an indoor pool, outdoor pool, barbecue areas, bocce and pickleball courts, learning kitchen, cafe, ballroom, locker rooms, full gym with a movement room for fitness classes, billiards tables and poker tables.

Heritage at Cadence is the only guard-gated or age-qualified community in Cadence. It is specifically designed for individuals age 55 and older.

There are four villas within Heritage: Duets, Symphony, Encore and Duets, each offering a variety of floor plans and home designs. Homes range from 1,800 to 3,200 square feet of living space and include Lennar’s popular Next Gen — The Home Within A Home floor plans.

Buyers can receive special financing through Lennar’s preferred lender, Universal American Mortgage Co.
