Monday through July 5, Prescott, Ariz.: Prescott Frontier Days, World's Oldest Rodeo. Wednesday through July 20, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Utah: Cedar Breaks Wildflower Festival. On ranger-led hikes, visitors learn about wildflowers and how to identify them.
