Eleven people were displaced from their home Wednesday afternoon after a fire at an eastern valley duplex.
Firefighters responded about 4:20 p.m. to the duplex at 885 Ute Lane, near Bonanza Road and Nellis Boulevard. In a statement, the Clark County Fire Department said crews found flames and smoke coming from one residence and extending into the attached, adjacent residence.
