1 in custody after stabbing near downtown Las Vegas

One person is in custody after a Monday morning stabbing near Downtown Las Vegas.

Police responded at 10:35 to the 700 block of Las Vegas Boulevard North, near Bonanza Road, according to Metro spokesman Lt. Patrick Charoen.

The person who was stabbed was walking around with officers and helping to identify the suspect just before 11 a.m., Charoen said.
