Four people are displaced after a central valley house fire Wednesday night, officials say.

Las Vegas fire department responded at 6:05 p.m. to the single-story home at 1712 Parkchester Drive, near the intersection of Vegas and Rancho drives, where it took 30 minutes to extinguish the fire, a release said.

One person was treated for smoke inhalation at the scene and refused to be taken to the hospital.

The cost of damage was estimated at $100,000, the release said.
