Five vehicles were involved in a crash in the central Las Vegas Valley Wednesday morning after an oil spill.

Police were called about the crash just after 8:30 a.m. The collisions near Desert Inn and Paradise roads may have been the result of the oil spill, Metropolitan Police Department spokesman Larry Hadfield said. Nobody was taken to the hospital.

Lanes were restricted in the area as Metro’s traffic section investigated the accident.
