A vehicle hit a child Monday night near Tropicana Avenue and Topaz Street, said Las Vegas police.
Lt. Hans Walters said the collision occurred about 7:45 p.m. The child was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in critical condition.
Investigators did not release additional details Monday night.
