Coroner identifies woman killed in Interstate 15 crash
The woman killed in a car accident Monday morning on Interstate 15 has been identified by the Clark County coroner's office.
Sarrilyn Diaz, 54, of Las Vegas, crashed her Buick sedan head-on into a semitrailer going south.
She was headed northbound on the Interstate 15 near Lamb Boulevard at about 6:20 am when her sedan went across the dirt median and struck the semitrailer going northbound, police said.
The sedan was pushed back into the median, and no other cars were involved in the accident.
She was pronounced dead at this scene.
