The man shot and killed in the southeast valley Feb. 9 has been identified by the Clark County coroner's office.
Michael Allen Guinn, 42, died from a gunshot wound after being transported to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center Tuesday.
Officers responding to a call about 1:30 p.m. found him lying in front of a house in the 2900 block of Kennewick Drive, near the intersection with East Vegas Valley Drive and South Mojave Road, according to police.
Guinn's death has been ruled a homicide by the coroner's office.
Police said Guinn had been involved in an argument with a woman in front of the house, and when the two got into a vehicle, the woman shot Guinn.
No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting, and no further details regarding a possible suspect have been released.
