LES KINCAID TO INSTRUCT
COOKING and wine CLASSES

Les Kincaid, host of the nationally syndicated radio show “Wines Du Jour,” plans to host the class Cooking Cajun from 6 to 8:30 p.m. today and Jan 24 at the Ferguson Kitchen & Bath Gallery, 4175 S. Grand Canyon Drive, No. 109.

The class Greek Isles is planned from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Jan. 31 and Feb. 7 at Ferguson.

The class Spain’s Great Reds is planned from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Total Wine & More in Boca Park, 730 S. Rampart Blvd.

The class Sophisticated Rosé Wines is planned from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Jan. 25 at Total Wine & More.

Attendees must be 21 or older.

VIA BRASIL STEAKHOUSE OFFERS
LIGHT RODIZIO OPTION

Via Brasil Steakhouse, 1225 S. Fort Apache Road, has introduced a new lighter rodizio dinner option, available from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.

TIVOLI VILLAGE TO HOST WINE AWAY WEDNESDAYS EVENT

Another Wine Away Wednesdays event is planned from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Bottles & Burgers by Double Helix at Tivoli Village, 302 S. Rampart Blvd.

The monthly mixer is for people to meet, socialize and pamper themselves. Guests will enjoy wine tasting, two complimentary glasses of wine, light passed appetizers and sample chocolates from Brasado Chocolates & Specialties, as well as meeting other local businesses.

LEARN TO ROLL SUSHI AT HACHI

Hachi Modern Japanese, inside Red Rock Resort at 11011 W. Charleston Blvd., offers monthly sushi rolling classes. The next one is set for 6:30 p.m. Thursday.

The two-hour class will offer each participant his own work area with all ingredients at arm’s length. The cost is $85 per person, plus tax.

Ron’s Steakhouse at Arizona Charlie’s Decatur, 740 S. Decatur Blvd., is celebrating its first anniversary by offering free entrees, appetizers and desserts for ace I PLAY card members Wednesday through Sunday.

Guests who have a card can receive free items depending on the level of their card by swiping their card at any ace I PLAY kiosk outside Arizona Charlie’s Decatur and printing a voucher.
