The Seasons Buffet at the Silverton, 3333 Blue Diamond Road, plans to offer a Bourbon Street Night with New Orleans Cajun cooking and bourbon drink specials from 4 to 9 p.m. June 12.

B Connected club members can enjoy a $12.99 prime rib and shrimp scampi dinner buffet at The Orleans, 4500 W. Tropicana Ave., and the Suncoast, 9090 Alta Drive, Sundays through Thursdays in June. The price for nonmembers is $15.99.

A prime rib and snow crab dinner buffet is $15.99 for members and $20.99 for nonmembers Fridays and Saturdays.

FLIP FLOP DAY FUNDRAISER JUNE 21

Tropical Smoothie Café locations across the Las Vegas Valley plan to host a fundraiser for Camp Sunshine June 21 in honor of National Flip Flop Day.

Patrons who wear flip flops to a Tropical Smoothie Café between 2 and 7 p.m. that day will receive a free 24-ounce Jetty Punch smoothie.

The cafes will be collecting donations for Camp Sunshine, which offers children with life-threatening illnesses and their families a place to get away. FATHER’S DAY BRUNCH, DINNER

Via Brasil Steakhouse, 1225 S. Fort Apache Road, plans to offer brunch from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. June 16 for Father’s Day.

Brunch will include eight meats, made-to-order waffles, omelets and a gourmet salad bar with 35 breakfast and brunch menu hot and cold dishes and dessert. Fresh-squeezed strawberry, pineapple and orange juice will be available.

Brunch is $34.99 and $4.99 for children ages 5 or 6. Children 7 to 12 are half of the adult price. Children 4 or younger eat for free.

Dinner is planned from 2 to 9 p.m. for $45.99. It will feature more than 20 meats, five sides served tableside and an all-you-can-eat gourmet salad bar with hot and cold items.

Comme Ça by David Myers at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, 3708 Las Vegas Blvd. South, is set to offer a prix fixe, family-style menu for Father’s Day from 5 to 11 p.m. June 16.

The three-course menu will feature steak tartare topped with egg yolk confit and complemented by house pickles; roasted bone marrow with oxtail jam; and heirloom tomato and chilled squid salad. the main course will be an array of hearty dishes, including cote de boeuf, an olive wood-grilled tomahawk ribeye, and braised pork shank served French-style with pied de cochon and scented chickpea and carrot remoulade. Arizona Charlie’s Decatur, 740 S.
