When you walk into Wok in Express, you’ll discover familiar dishes that will help in deciding what to order –– just what you’re looking for in an express restaurant. Entrees can be ordered half or full and include pineapple chicken, General Tso’s chicken, twice-cooked pork, moo goo gai pan, orange chicken, potato beef, Hunan beef, sweet and sour pork, Seafood Parade and Mongolian chicken. Other entrees are dan dan noodles, shrimp pad Thai, Singapore rice noodles, beef or chicken crispy noodles, curry (red, green, yellow) and vegetarian dishes such as braised eggplant, broccoli with hot garlic, snow peas with water chestnuts, braised tofu and Szechwan green beans. There is egg foo yong with fried or steamed rice, teriyaki bowls (veggie, chicken, shrimp, beef), salads (seaweed, Chinese chicken) and soups such as egg flower, hot and sour, seafood tofu, wonton, vegetable and chicken noodle. Several appetizers are chicken lettuce cups, fried scallops, barbecue sliced pork, butterfly shrimp, pot stickers and veggie egg roll. Full entrees begin at $8.25. Lunch specials are served daily from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and start at $5.75. Wok in Express is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. — Jack Bulavsky
