Henderson police ask public to ID masked robber

He robbed the same Henderson convenience store twice, according to police, and investigators have surveillance photos.

But the man in the pictures also has an effective disguise: a mask covering his face.

Henderson police on Tuesday asked the public for help identifying the robber who hit a 7-Eleven in the 100 block of North Gibson Road on Sept. 20 and Sept. 25.

Each time, he pulled a handgun and demanded money and cigarettes, before running way, police said. No one was hurt either time.

But both times only his eyes were visible, the rest of his face covered by a scarf or bandanna. Photos provided by police don’t clearly show his eyes.

Officers described him as a thin and about 6 feet tall.
