The man whose body was found in a drainage ditch in North Las Vegas on Thursday was shot to death, police said.

The man, whose identity was not released by the Clark County coroner’s office on Friday, died from a gunshot wound, police said.
Detectives are investigating the case as a homicide. No arrests or suspect descriptions were released Friday.
