Metro looking for pair that beat, robbed man at ATM

A man was held at gunpoint, beaten and robbed at an east valley ATM in September, and Las Vegas police need help finding his attackers.

It happened about 7:30 a.m. Sept. 20, near the intersection of Eastern Avenue and Walnut Street, according to a Metro news release. A pair of men approached a customer, pulled a gun and forced him to take out money.

They shot at the man, Metro said, but didn’t hit him. It was unclear how badly he was beaten.

Metro released surveillance photos Tuesday of the men police said were behind the attack. Police said both men are 19 to 23 years old and Hispanic with short, dark hair.
