Traffic is moving normally again after a multivehicle wreck on southbound U.S. Highway 95 shut down a carpool lane.
Three separate crashes were reported about the same time Tuesday morning on U.S 95 near Jones Boulevard, Nevada Highway Patrol trooper Chelsea Stuenkel said. One person was taken to a valley hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The wreck was reported to the fire department about 6:40 a.m., according to the department’s website.
Traffic, which had been backed up to about the Summerlin Parkway entrance, was flowing smoothly by 8 a.m.
