Las Vegas police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man involved in a robbery Thursday at a party supply store in the west valley.
About 1 p.m. Thursday, a man entered Party USA at 800 S. Rampart Blvd., near Alta Drive, walked behind the sales counter and pointed a knife at the cashier, demanding money from the register, police wrote in a release Monday morning.
He took an undisclosed amount of money and fled through the front entrance of the store, the release said.
Police described the robber as a man about 6-feet tall with a heavy build and small goatee-type beard. He was wearing cargo shorts, a gray T-shirt and flip flops at the time of the robbery.
