Power restored after morning outage in Henderson

All power has been restored to Henderson residents, according to NV Energy.
At about 9:30 a.m., over 1,000 residents were without power in Henderson Tuesday because of equipment failure, according NV Energy spokeswoman Jennifer Schuricht
Around 10:30 a.m., the company’s website showed approximately 1,089 customers in the zip code 89074 were without power.
The power at the intersection of Stephanie Street and American Pacific Drive was out and the Henderson Police Department was sent to direct traffic.
The power outage lasted for about two hours until NV Energy was able to fully restore power to customers.
