Six people injured in northeast valley crash

Six people suffered serious injuries but were expected to survive after a five-vehicle crash in the northeast valley Sunday morning, Las Vegas police said.

First responders were called at 11:37 a.m. to the intersection of Lamb Boulevard and Carey Avenue, Metro Lt. Jeff Goodwin said.

Two adults and four juveniles were taken to the hospital. The injuries were serious, but not life-threatening, Goodwin said.

More information on the crash including the ages of the people involved was not immediately available.
