Temperatures warming right into spring in Las Vegas

Temperatures will continue to rise and skies will be clear this week as much of the Las Vegas Valley gears up for spring break.

Wednesday and Thursday should expect highs of 75 and 78 degrees respectively, according to the National Weather Service. Lows will be in the low 50s.

“Winds should be fairly calm,” meteorologist Caleb Steele said about the less than 10 mph winds this week.

Temperatures will rise Friday and should be higher than normal just in time for spring break. Friday will see a high near 81 degrees and a low near 57, Steele said. Saturday should have a high near 83 degrees.

The weekend temperatures are about 10 degrees above normal, Steele said.
