Windy and cool for trick-or-treaters in Las Vegas Valley

The Las Vegas Valley can expect sunny skies and warm temperatures before a windy weekend, the National Weather Service said.
Forecast highs for Wednesday and Thursday are expected to stay around 75 degrees, the weather service said. Friday’s high temperature is expected to drop to 72 degrees. Sunny skies are expected in the valley until Friday.
Winds are expected to increase Thursday and Friday, according to the weather service. Both days are expected to see gusts up to 20 mph.
Partly cloudy skies are expected to accompany a forecast high of 75 degrees Saturday. Sunday will see a 20 percent chance of showers and a forecast high of 70 degrees. Winds are expected to be slightly stronger over the weekend with gusts up to 25 mph possible, the weather service said.
Monday and Tuesday both face forecast highs of 69 degrees.
