2014 The Meadows Boys Cross Country Capsule

THE MEADOWS

Head coach: Charles Bernick, 11th season

Returning lettermen: Six

Top athletes: Jimmy Hood (So.)

Outlook: The Mustangs bring back six of their top seven runners from last year, when the team narrowly missed advancing to the state meet.

Hood was a state qualifier in the 3,200 in track last spring.

“Though still composed primarily of freshmen and sophomores, the team hopes to compete for a spot in this year’s state championship,” Bernick said.
