Top players: IF Jaxson Otis (Sr.), IF Bryce Bullock (Sr.), OF Jack Sellinger (Jr.), IF Junior Maldonado (Sr.), P Nick Rupp (Sr.)

Outlook: There’s no shortage of talent on the Grizzlies’ roster this season.

Otis (.505, 11 doubles, 38 RBIs), Bullock (.490, 14 doubles, 6 home runs, 43 RBIs), Sellinger (.424, 27 RBIs) and Maldonado (.406) all return to lead the offense.

Rupp (8-1, 55.1 innings, 0.63 ERA, 98 K) is among the top pitchers in the state.

“We will have an experienced group and look to be competitive in the Southwest League,” Bassett said. “We hope to earn a playoff spot.”
