ROUNDUP: Rudolph guides Green Valley girls to victory

Rianna Rudolph scored 16 points Wednesday as Green Valley’s girls basketball team rolled to a 67-39 win over Orange Glen (Calif.) in the opening round of the Wolverine Invitational in San Diego.

Maggie Manwarren added 15 points, seven steals and five assists for the Gators, who also got nine points apiece from Garcie Garcia and Milena Palor.

BOYS

Virgin Valley 83, Lincoln County 60 — At Panaca, Garrett Leavitt had 29 points and hit five 3-pointers to lead the Bulldogs over the Lynx.

Tyson Teerlink addded 21 points for Virgin Valley, which led 41-26 at the half.

Dee Bowler scored 11 and Dillon Graves 10 for the Bulldogs.

Chandler Katschke had 28 points to pace Lincoln County, and teammate Ryan Rippetoe scored 21.
