Eagles get defensive, shut out Sunrise Mountain
Boulder City (3-2) held the visiting Sunrise Mountain (1-4) to 65 yards of offense on the way to a 67-0 win over the Miners.
Boulder City senior running back Devin Combs ran for 108 yards and two touchdowns. Junior Matt Combs ran for 44 yards and two touchdowns.
Senior Ross LaMarca threw a 21-yard touchdown pass to senior wide receiver Preston Swasey.
Senior backup quarterback Ryan Washburn ran for a touchdown, and senior Steven Kaposta ran for another TD.
Junior running back Jack LaMarca returned a punt 50 yards for a touchdown, and started out the game by running back the opening kickoff 79 yards for another TD.
